As the success or reject of the transaction depends upon the response of the beneficiary bank, the charge is not refundable by the ODFI/initiating bank i.e., NIC Asia Bank.

In case the transaction is failed and not refunded , please mail to clearing@nicasiabank.com with proper details and screenshot.
