If you forget your iTouch Internet Banking Password, you can change your password through FORGOT PASSWORD option.
1. You need to click Forget Password option and enter your iTouch username.
2. Then you will receive password reset link in your registered email.
3. You need to click in password link option, then you will receive OTP in your Registered Mobile Number and email address. (OTP is valid for 10 Minutes)
4. After you enter valid OTP then you can enter the new password and login.
Please make sure that you create strong passwords which are at least 8 characters long having capital letters, numbers, and special characters such as @, #, &, !, etc.
