Nominee is a person to receive sum of money in the event of death of the account holder. Nominee can be any person as requested by the customer. However, it is recommended to nominate immediate family members. ln case of nominee other than immediate family members, copy of Citizenship Certificate or passport or Voter's License or Driving License or PAN certificate and recent photographs of nominee shall be required. lf proposed nominee is from immediate family member, at least full name of nominee, name of father of nominee, permanent address, and relationship with account holder shall be mandatory.
