NIC ASIA SUPPORT

Step 1: login to your NIC Asia MoBank app using your mobile number and Login Password/Fingerprint and tap on the Menu icon on the top left

Step 2: Tap on Settings

Step 3: Tap on Transaction Fingerprint Setup

Step 4: Tap on Click to Setup Fingerprint

Step 5: Enter your transaction PIN

Step 6: Place your Finger on the Fingerprint sensor of your phone

(Note: any fingerprint/face ID that can unlock your phone will be able to login to

the app)

Once enabled, you can disable biometric Transaction PIN by simply tapping on the Disable button under the same menu.
