Follow these steps to register for Viber Banking.

  1. Select the bank’s Public Account and start a conversation by tapping the  icon.
  2. Next, send a ‘Hi’ or ‘Hello’ message to the bank through the chat interface to bring up the scrollable menu items.
  3. Tap the Register button to send the registration request to the bank.
  4. Enter your registered mobile number and send it when prompted.
  5. You will receive a 6-digit registration token as SMS to your mobile number.
  6. Send your 6-digit token when prompted.
  7. The bank will send you a message confirming that you were successfully registered.

You will now be able to use the account related services through Viber Banking.
