Required documents for processing the loan are:
- Identification Documents: Citizenship certificate, Passport copy, Photograph, Marriage certificate, Relationship certificate (where applicable)
- Income source verification documents
- Collateral related all documents like Land Ownership Certificate, Blue print, Trace Map, Charkilla etc as applicable
- Bank account statements
- Net worth detail documents (where applicable)
- Property valuation documents
- PAN/ VAT Certificate (where applicable)
*All documents need to be original signed and verified through bank's officials. Further, the Bank can request for additional documents, where deemed necessary.
