What are the required documents for processing the Foreign Employment loan?

Some of the Specific Required Documents for processing the loan are:

  • Identification Documents: Citizenship certificate, Passport copy, Photograph, Marriage certificate, Relationship certificate (where applicable)
  • Income source verification documents
  • Collateral related all documents like Land Ownership Certificate, Blue print, Trace Map, Charkilla etc as applicable
  • Valid Passport with Visa and work permit/agreement letter of foreign employment
  • Permit issued by Government of Nepal
  • Employment Contract Letter with detailed on work description, starting pay, working hours, Contract period, renewal terms and so on
  • Bank account statements
  • Net worth detail document (where applicable)
  • Income Verification documents
  • All related documents regarding collateral/security

*All documents need to be original signed and verified through bank's officials. Further, the Bank can request for additional documents, where deemed necessary.
