I changed my mobile set and the app is not working now. What shall I do?

In case you have changed your mobile set, you’ll have to reset the device for the app to work again. You can do it by yourself through the Reset Device option on the app itself by providing your credentials. If you are still facing problems even after reset, please contact the nearest branch.
