I forgot the pin of my card. How do I apply for re-PIN?

To apply for re-PIN, you need to visit any of your nearby branches and fill up the form. Online request can also be sent through i-Server (i.e. https://iserve.nicasiabank.com/card-repin-request) for a RE-PIN.

Your card will be enabled for Green PIN service within same working day. You will have to visit nearest NIC ASIA ATM terminals to insert the card in the ATM card reader after which you will receive a six-digit OTP thereafter you to be instructed to set your PIN to perform any further transaction. 

 

            If you know the existing PIN, please request nearest branch for PIN refresh without any charges.
