When a card is first delivered to you, the status of the Card is set to “Force PIN Change”. You need to visit any of NIC ASIA Bank ATM Terminals and change the first PIN provided to you along with the Card. PIN Change during first use is mandatory and until the PIN is changed by the cardholder himself/ herself, the card will not be fully activated, and the cardholder will have problem using the card in ATM/POS/Online.
