What can be done in case my card gets captured by ATM?

If your card is captured:

1.    At any ATM under NIC ASIA branch premises, you can request the customer support staff at the corresponding branch for recovering the captured card. 

2.    If the card is captured on off-site locations (NIC ASIA Terminals), please visit your nearest Branch or send an email to [email protected] for placing card retrieval request. Bank staffs shall put their maximum effort to deliver the card to you at the earliest. You shall be notified once the captured card is recovered and ready for delivery.

3.    If the card is captured by Other Bank’s ATMs, the bank needs to coordinate with other Bank owning the ATM Terminal due to which it may take some time. You can make card retrieval request via any of our branches or by sending email to [email protected]
