What to do if my card is expired/damaged?

In case of card renewal, the expired cards are automatically renewed and send to Cardholder’s Branch where the account is maintained and linked to the card prior 1 month of card expiry. 


Please visit your Branch to collect the card. Please note that auto-renewal shall be done only if the Bank is able to collect renewal fee from the cardholder’s account. Thus, you should ensure to maintain sufficient funds in the account for auto-renewal. If you wish to cancel the renewal, please visit nearest branch and submit an application for card renewal cancellation.


 If your card is damaged, you can request replacement card from any of the branches.

 
Replacement cards in the form of Instant Cards will be provided instantly. If you need Name Personalized cards, you need to wait for few days. For Kathmandu valley branches, it would take around 3 days and for Outside valley branches, it may take around 7-10 days.
